We were very pleased with the way the wedding plans were organised from the beginning. We experienced a professional and friendly service from Darminder. We liked the fact that there was face to face contact, everything was clearly explained and we were told of all the options we could choose from. Once we had told him, no time was wasted with informing us about what we asked for and all prices were clearly quoted. Even after we confirmed what we wanted to Darminder, we made a few changes, he had no problem with sorting it out. The whole day was organised exactly how we asked for, which was brilliant.
How did your function go?
We were overwhelmed with the first impression we got from when we entered the reception. It looked wonderful and actually better than what we expected (especially the top table). Everything was on time and the service provided by the whole team was very professional. Everything we were promised was there and we couldn’t have asked for any more.
Overall Experience with Dream Days.
Personally, we would recommend this service to anyone. It was definitely worth the money and very reasonable for what we experienced. The main advantage was it took so much pressure off the immediate family so they could enjoy themselves. This definitely put a highlight on our wedding and made it a lot more special. Everything looked wonderful, dealt with professionally and was really appreciated by us.
We have had brilliant feedback from all the guests we have spoken to about the day and the way it was organised. They found the service prompt and felt well catered for, Obviously, this was one of our main priorities and we have no complaints as our guests were happy which is what we wanted.
Was it worth while hiring an Event Manager? How did it help?
Definitely, now looking back at it, we don’t know how we would have managed the day without this. It meant that the whole family could enjoy the day and know that this big responsibility was being handled by someone else, and so well for that matter. We had no worry about rushing after the temple, preparing the venue, transportation of beverages, serving the guests or clearing up behind us. It was all dealt with and was the most helpful part of the wedding day.

Personally I would like to say a big thank you to Darminder and all your team for making our day more special. I really appreciate everything you did and would recommend you to anyone. We experienced no pressure and found your service professional, friendly and prompt from start to finish.
